Any TRT guys on here take COQ10 ?

Just wanted to know what a safe daily allowance is with COQ10 ?
My Total Vitamin E contains 30 mg of COQ10 per capsule...
I wanted to take extra Vitamin E but was not sure if taking 60 mg of COQ10 daily is safe.

I take 600mg of CoQ10 ED without adverse reactions. The UL (Upper Limit) is 1000mg for Vitamin E. You're good to go man.
