Had this knee swelling since last Thursday quad pinning. Hopefully it's getting better. Some says I should pin higher. Some say I didn't angle it right so it may have leaked and crashed above my knee. Whatever it was, anybody that's expert on this and how to pin effectively so I can avoid this again? Hopefully it's not infected or anything, that's what I'm paranoid about. Plus this is the longest I've gone without leg training, it sucks losing gains after all this hardwork. It was test E on my left quad if it helps. I'm on test e and mast P.
