i have been eating 10 eggwhites 2-3x a day for years, which seemed to be an easy source of lean protein...now dr. tells me too much sodium (blood pressure) so how can i avoid eggs in the am or late at night an d still get my protein... thx for help
egg whites do not have a lot of sodium unless they are processed foods like egg-beaters. Stick to whole foods, stop using salt and salty foods and you should be fine. Some sodium in your diet is necessary.
