Anyone a fan of drop sets?

I've been thinking of throwing one in at the end of my leg day..

On some exercises I like to do them when I do high reps. Mainly with things like leg extensions or cable crossovers. I like it to pump a lot of blood into the muscle at the end of a workout and really burn it out.
 
do them for a month on all exercises...see what happens...pump as much blood as you can into that bodypart....but remember to drink 32oz of water to help flush the blood into the muscle...drink that 15 minutes b4 your and keep drinkin water the whole workout....chace the pump...
 
I usually do drop sets on Bi's and Tri's, now and again Ill do them for chest on Pec deck as a finishing excersie, just to squeeze every last rep out.
