How does it not help? You said you didnt want to risk jail time, ordering steroids and having them delivered to your door can land you in jail= you probably shouldnt do it.

In 99.9% of the time if your gear (personal use) is confiscated by Customs, all that will ever happen is you will get a letter informing you of it and asking if you want to challenge the confiscation. Simply throw the letter away and do nothing....end of story.
I get the feeling there is a little more to the story in Oklahoma than is in that article. Even though one person arested said he: "Ordered off the internet for cosmetic reasons", he was one of 2 doctors caught. The odds of them picking up some random doctor from one personal order are extremely small.
I think it's more likely they caught one guy with a bunch in his car one day who sold some people out. These people then told who they got it from etc...
In the end though, it's always possible you could be caught; but I think of it more along the lines of buying a dime bag from a friend. You may get busted with it, but I doubt a swat team is going to bust down your door.

If you want to play it safe skip the border and customs and order domestic it's that simple. You might pay a bit more, but its worth it.
And as for the guy who orders for his buddies and they only pay for their portions. That's bullshit - they should be paying you a premium, its your ass on the line and just a plain hassle for you. Like you said...meatheads!

theres a big difference between a dimebag a and gear. A dimebag is a misdemeanor and would get you a small fine. getting caught with even 1 single ampuole is a felony punishable by jail time. The chances of actually getting caught are similar between the 2 and thats fairly slim. But once caught, the consequences are drastically different.
I should have made that more clear. I agree the punishment with the 2 is quite different. The reason for getting caught is normally the same: being stupid or hanging out with people who are stupid (with some notable exceptions of course).
I do wonder if there might be some general advice to limit one's exposure if caught. i.e. what situations are more likely to enable you to plea down to a lesser charge etc...I would assume the approach is dramatically different if someone gets busted a with pound of powder than if they have one small vial of test.

Hahaha.....you'd be very hard pressed to find anyone actually sentenced to any jail time for a few amps, let alone one.
Sure that is what the letter of the law says, but let's be realistic.

Youre right, it will be different. If you buy a couple vials of test and a maybe a couple vials of EQ..... just enough to put together a cycle, its pretty hard to conclude your gonna try and sell any of that.
Now when you buy powder alot of the guys make you buy in quantity to make it worth their while. So if you get 100g of test powder delivered to your door, and thats not a large order by any means, well tahts
still a shitload of test. enough to make 40 vials worth. Now its getting easier to believe you might pass some along to someone else, either thru sale or just giving it to a friend, either way its still intent to distribute and the law all of a sudden become quite daunting as were generally talking 5-10 years of potential jail time.

I like to keep myself relatively stocked up (2-3 cylces) just incase some shit goes down and all of a sudden it becomes harder to get my gear, however what sucks is the more you have the more likely you'll get in serious trouble if you get busted. I can probably imagine that there are plenty of guys out there who have enough gear to where it could look like potential drug trafficking, but in actuality it was all for personal use. Kinda sucks but like E said if you aren't willing to do the time, yeah.

i would love to order domestic but have no where to go.
I agree with the odds of getting cought, I smoke weed sometimes and have never been cought but I buy it from friends that I have knowen for 10 + yrs. I aslo would never have a need to transport it witch is a big reason why people get cought.

Yeah but who really only has 1 amp, most have a little stash.
But bottom line is it reallly depends on what agency you get busted by. If you get caught by a local cop buying some gear on the street then no, not a very good chance of doing any jail time unless youre a habitual criminal.
However, if you involve federal entities such as the US post office or Customs in the comission of your crime, or are doing business across state line or through the internet, now all of a sudden your chances go way up because youre likely gonna be charged and prosecuted at the Federal level. And when the Federal govt is the one involved, they tend to throw the book at you, and theyre pretty damn relentless. They have endless resources and theyre not someone you want to go up against.
I actually know a guy who got caught selling cialis and viagra to old people over the net. When they raided his house they found a fairly small amount of his personal stash in addition to the boner drugs. He ended up getting found not guilty on the cialis distribution charges but did do 30 days for posession of anabolic steroids. This was in Utah.

All this speculation about the law and its consequences aside, i personally wont even consider ordering outside the US right now. The chances of your order actually making it thru customs and to your doorstep are not very good these days. Id say you have about a 50/50 shot, and that might be optimistic.

I hope you are not serious.....that could not be any further from the truth.
Remember the 3 sponsors we had here not long ago, well let's just say they all had at least a 98% sucess rate on int'l deliveries...and they along with about 5 other Int'l guys I personally know of all continue to enjoy that same rate of sucess.
I think it's time you stop with these scare tactics......lol
