Anyone besides me ever used Shakeology? Lost 4% body fat!

Anyone else ever used the product called Shakeology?? I was recommended it by a nutritionist to help me out with energy/mood/and thyoid health. I bought the chocolate a little over a month ago from www.myshakeology.com/bryanelliott and used it for breakfast with almond milk and it tasted legit!!
I stopped doing all my other shakes because this one had protein,carbs, probiotics, digestive enzymes and all kinds of stuff. It was pricey but I just ordered another month because just adding it to my diet and doing strength training I went from 12% bf to 8% after just 30 days. It's crazy because my diet has been clean and I was consuming maintainence calories. I was shocked. Just thought I would see if anyone else has used it and had the same results... I'm ready to see what happens this 2nd month!

Because the truth speaks for itself.. Just seeing I'f anyone else had close to the same results. I had parents who dropped 20 pounds in a month but they were way over weight to begin with. Me on the other hand I wasn't really out of shape I just bulked way too long and needed to cut. You'd be surprised, I had clen and was tempted to run it but decided not too. I'm doing it this month and trying to get down to 6% and maintain my muscle mass

I bought it through some website and they gave me a coach or whatever, and I filled out info for a chance to be on a transformation infomercial soon, it helped my cholesterol a lot and helped me drop fat. I'd recommend it to pretty much anyone. I wouldn't stay on it all the time though cause its pretty expensive, def worth a shot though

While I would like to believe you, the fact that your link is to a beachbody account has me skeptical. No offense intended as I DO like the power 90 and P-90x products that have been produced by the company as they DO work. I'll keep my ears peeled for more information on this in the future, thanks for bringing to my attention.

I know, my coach worked with me submitting all of my info for the infomercial so I'm recommending him to whoever I tell about the product. I have p90x as well but never really did much of it, but I got a burned copy of insanity and they kicked my ass in the past!

I know my transformation wasn't like a huge 100 pound weight loss or anything but it did work for me. If I'm accepted everyone better vote for me so I can win 25 grand or 100 grand for the main prize!

Anyone else done p90x or insanity home workout programs?
Debating if I should get a new one or what I should do since I will be on the road a lot and maybe only hitting the gym hard twice a week
