Anyone else not get a recent Pinnacle order?

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and still nothing has shown up. Now the website is down. I've placed 3 orders prior to this and both time I received them within 3-4 days from payment. Anyone know whats going on with them.

I guess the site being down was temporary, its back up.

I had 1 of mine that money was picked up but never shipped. After several weeks I emailed job and he said no record of mtcn so I resent the information and got the order less than a week later. It was during their sale and they were swamped. He took care of it ASAP.

Why make this thread? Did you try emailing JB to see what was going on first?

Try e-mailing them. It happened to me in the past. Don't sweat it, they will take care of it.

I did a week and a half ago, JB said he doesn't see any tracking on it so it didn't ship, but that it would ship out the following day. I tried to log into the site a few times this afternoon and the site was down so I got a bit worried. The site is back up now so I'll send him another email.

Babe sure u include all requested info for the order, not just order number. Don't fret it.

The site being up or down has no correlation with JB having access to email. Just email him again..

I agree, must be a minor mistake or something like that. They always come through.
