post cycle therapy (pct)- clomid/nova

so this past week (week 4) Ive been experiencing anxiety, trouble sleeping, chest tightness, shortness breathing, sweating, and fatigue during my cycle usually during downtime. I have no med history of anxiety or crazy high blood pressure however I am a bit of a neat freak. Ive been researching and symptoms seems like high blood pressure. I went and got my blood pressure check it was 146/90 which isnt abnormal for me considering I have slightly high blood pressure. When I noticed the anxiety I went out and got garlic, coQ10, blood pressure complete, and cycle assist by Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and been runnin that the last 3 days. I have armidex 1mg caps which Ive ran every 3 days or so but havent had too many estro symptoms. The only thing I did a little unorthodox is pinn during week 3 at 750mgs (375 split mon, thurs) but brought it back down to 600mgs when I experienced the anxiety this past week. The first 3 weeks of the cycle I felt great with zero symptoms of high blood pressure/anxiety at all and now during week 4 this shit just hit me!!! Any thoughts on what could be correlated to the spike in anxiety/high blood pressure? my personal life is nornmal, no abnormal stressors. Is this normal? I know I should not have increased during week 3 just cuz i wanted to shorten cycle from 16 weeks to 13 weeks. And what should I do going forward?! Discontinue the cycle and start post cycle therapy (pct) in 2 weeks? Keep going and keep dosage stable at 300 mon, thurs? does increasing and decreasing dosage factor into these symptoms? Any advice is greatly appreciated

the dosage change is not the cause bro..

these issues may well be the gear and yes some people are not good on it..

i d try to stay busy as the extra test can fuck your head and sitting idle will make these symptoms worse...

do cardio s it releases edorphin s that may just counter these..

do not take benzo s as these have their own horrible sides bro..

couple questions, what do you mean by benzos? and by gear do you mean the quality or that i could be sensitive to gear in general? and i hit cardio pretty hard during the week and have a good diet. but do you recommend i stay on for another week and see how i feel?
 
I had the exact same symptoms in week two, its all in your head. I promise you bro it was all in my head when the guys in the forum motivated me the sides went completely. Just think about the physique your aiming for and imagine the end results. Keep busy with your family and friends.

Benzo I think is meds for anxiety but as the moderator said stay away.

Do not take 1mg of arimedex bro. Take .25 eod then taper up from there. Do not kill your estro bro it will limit gains and you will get sides you don't want.

xanax, ativan, klonopin, valium, librium....prescribed anxiety meds.

ur doing a reasonable amount of test but it s still approximately 6 x a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose so I imagine you are having some sides..we all do to some degree, either physical or mental.. But realize it, understand it and embrace it like another challenge and crush it.
Sitting and thinking will increase it these negative thoughts exponentially.

Go for a walk, do cardio, talk to your dog anything that involves motor skills or thought will allow you to transcend this phase.

I m the most mentally fucked person here so....get busy, quit tweaking your doses and pm in 2 weeks if it ain t gone and we ll un fuck this.
