it ran in one of the bodybuilding magazines a few years ago and was for the 3 basic power excersises, squats,deads, and bench. you would start w/8 reps at a certain % of your max, then 5, then 3, then 1,1,1, then 8 then 5 i believe. it sounds dumb, but it made me go way up in weight faster than any other routine ever has. please tell me someone has heard of this and can send me a link/copy or ANYTHING!!!
