So I've read that creatine gives people up to 10+ lbs of lean weight, by helping keep the muscles full of glycogen/water stores.

Trying to find some real before & after photos of this. (I mean 1-2 weeks later, showing strictly the effects of creatine alone, not the effects of 6 months training on creatine, and not pics of pre-workout and then post workout with a big pump)

All the photos I'm finding are for advertisements, and are 2 months later, and suddenly the guy has put on 30 lbs of lean, while cutting 20lbs of fat.

Hoping some of you have done this experiment. Pics, 2 weeks loading creatine, new pics, no tricks.

If not, someone who is about to start creatine should do it!

Youre not going to notice visable changes like that from creatine, creatine helps IMO but not to the effect you are expecting

2wks only if doing the recommended loading phase which I don't bother as it's a waste really. Otherwise it takes about 4wks to saturate skeletal muscle tissue with creatine when dosed 3-5g daily. I've taken pictures of this in the past but don't have them anymore. The difference isn't as drastic as you might think. I usually gain anywhere from 3-7lbs from creatine alone depends on how much I'm taking and water retention from other factors like carbs and sodium.

Add glycine and watch that water retain. I'm one of those weirdos who thinks creatine stresses the kidneys too much so I avoid it. If you're punishing your liver with methylated orals, you should give the kidneys a break, right? :p

If you're interested I can give you plenty of literature about the safety of creatine on the renal and hepatic systems Rastas!!!
