I would avoid that receiver like the plague...guilt by association as far as the FBI is concerned.

Western Union flags receiver's addys all the time. It's not necessarily a reason to panic. Even so id stay away from that particular source.

The senders address was not flagged, that is not the issue here.

The receivers name is flagged by WU. The person your sending the funds transfer to.

thats why it is always important to do source checks even if you have used te person before with no hang ups..things change very quickly these days

WU normally only flags names because of two reasons :-

1. other customers have attempted to send funds to the name using a stolen cc

2. other customers have disputed a cc charge for a transfer after it's been collected.

Just about every long running source I know of is flagged for cc transacations it's not necessarily a sign that they are about to be busted.
