Hey bro, I'd used symbiotropin for about 3 years. I used to be slightly obese and in my battle to drop 50 lbs it helped. I did stop using it though when i started getting into lifting. When using it I cycled three months on and then 1 month off. I began symbiotropin at age 19 and used it until age 22. During that time my life was running and running and more running and then running till I puked. I had to drop the weight. I had to stop smokin the kind bud too. ahh..college...anyhow... I have been working on building a strong body since and I don't feel that with the timing of the symbiotropin dose it really fits into my plans anymore. You are supposed to take it just before bed without having eaten for two hours prior and it's to be taken with no food (especially carbohydrates) or other supplements. That doesn't really cater to most of us here on the boards. I work out 4-5 days a week and NEED my nightime shake. However, you can take it as soon as you wake up in the AM and then go workout on an empty stomach. In that case yo'd be ok.
I did lose a considerable amount of weight from the symbiotropin e/c/a stacks and cardio exercise. 50lbs in three years.Gone for good.
I did notice my skin was better after about 3 months of use
I had more energy and was a smidget hornier than without it
Unfotunately I did not accumulate more than a neglibly noticable amount of lean mass using it.
Also, my wife started taking it last year and conitnues to. It really helps the ladies imo. Personally I look forward to the time when I can afford to HGH therapy at 2iu's a day. I have a good Dr. who will take care of it. Other impacts I noticed of symbiotropin were improved sleep depth and duration, more vivid dreams, and less seasonal depression because i suffer from a tiny case of SAD.
I hope that helps. Because I used it for such a long time I think I have a fairly comprehensive perspective on it. I always bought it in bulk b/c it was so friggin expensive/still is.
