I found a pretty cool one on Amazon that seems to have a few likes, called DIM Estro by NuMedica....

Anyone have any luck with using this to control estrogen? IMT maybe you can chime in on the effectiveness of a product like this...

Thanks all!

Gave DIM the old college try, but really didn't notice much. Raising my AI dose .25 had much for of an effect than did DIM. Its effect on E2 is very mild (nothing like an AI) - as long as your expectations are low, you will be fine.

I no longer take DIM. NAC and LIV.52 are still part of my daily supplement intake.

For the money an AI is MUCH MORE cost effective... @ 3 pills a day I noticed very little from DIM.

DIM increases the rate in which you remove excess estradiol. It does absolutely nothing for preventing its creation. If you're one of those that *barely* aromatizes more than they would like to, and have already moved to an E3.5D protocol, then it might be worth it.

Otherwise, I'd just save your money. :)

You take NAC and Liv.52 for TRT? Do you have pre-existing liver issues?

200mg of DIM did nothing for me after 7 weeks, I guess I shouldn't say nothing as I cannot prove that technically but along side an AI there was nothing I could tell.

If DIM does nothing for estradiol, how can I reduce my naturally high estradiol? Body fat is not a problem.
