Appearance and scent of raw prop

A friend has some prop powder. It's a white, crystalline powder that has an odd almost chemical/ pungent scent that is strangely very familiar, but have no idea why. Sound about right?

Test Prop is hard to tell, at least for me, whether it's based on appearance or smell, because it doesn't seem to be very distinctive. Test Prop looks like Mast prop.

But it's one of the cheapest compounds there are, so there is a low chance you're getting fake.
