Am I extremely carb sensitive?

Recently finished my first bulking cycle with test/eq/superdrol and aromasin for a.i..

I've always done light cycles around maintenance calories and have made some great progress but have been pretty stagnant gains wise from it and decided it was time for a good bulk. I went from 196lb to 226lb @3300 calories a day with roughly 350g of carbs. I blew up but put on a good bit of fat too (probably 10 lbs).. my maintenance was about 2750cals. I started carb cycling 3 weeks ago @2100 calories and fat is falling off of me. (Keep in mind I'm still supplementing test and eq)

I'm 208lb as of today.. strength is the same if not better..

Should I keep my carbs lower on this next bulk? I'm starting to believe that calories in vs calories out isn't so black and white!?

Pretty sure you had put on a significant amount of water, and cutting carbs plus coming off (cutting right after isn't the best idea) of cycle is draining all that water.

For reference; it's roughly 3500 kcal above TDEE to gain one pound of fat, and ~4000 (plus other demands like protein/nitrogen/etc) for 1lb of muscle. Assuming your numbers of 20lbs LM and 10lbs of fat are accurate, that's a surplus of 115,000 kcal - or (assuming 12 week cycle) a daily surplus of 1,369 kcal over your TDEE.

So either you were really consuming over 4,119 cals per day and got newbie gains like a mofo, or perhaps you didn't dose that AI as well as you could have. ;)
