are my diet calories correct?
age : almost 22
height : 164cm
weight : 74.5kg
body fat: probly 12-15%

train 6 days a week - for around 1 hour. ( body building )

i want to build muscle and my body type is a ecto-meso or meso-ecto i think

i calculated i need around 3700 calories to build muscle? is this right ?

with about 45% from carbs 35% from protein and 20% from fat.

if your a ecto / meso and your 22 wtf are you doing just EAT lol and eat clean as long as your getting in your daily calories and eating 1g protein per pound of weight ur fine! my buddies a ecto - meso and all he does is eat 100 % clean but ALOT of food and hes just stupidly built and strong .

switch to a 40/40/20

the calories seem a bit high for a guy your size though... u wanna add muscle not fat..

i'd start at 3000 calories

Listen to these guys, they know their stuff. 3700 cal is definitely way too high for your current size. Start at 3000 calories, if you're not seeing strength gains and putting mass, increase by 200 calories and so on. If you're gaining mass too quickly, chances are you're putting on fat, decrease your caloric intake. I'd aim for about 2 lbs a week or so.
