I got my blood work done, and the results were sent to my doctor. I asked him for the testosterone results and he said they were 'normal'.

Here are the results:
It is reported in the SI (international scientific) values of nmol/l.
Your total is 17.4. Your free testosterone is 394 and bioavailable 9.47

Is this normal for a 19-year old?

Your levels are smack bang in the normal range (just over 500). I wouldnt be too concerned. You can increase your test by lifting heavy and eating properly. Do you have specific symptoms that you were looking for a cause?

Yes - you are good. Stay of steroids for a while. Brandon, seriously!

Do compound exercises, eat correctly and rest well.

The normal value for total testosterone in males is 270-1070 ng/dl. I hope yours is quite neutral. Improve your Testosterone level with natural methods.
1. Do regular Exercise
2. Stay away from stress
3. Have a good diet
4. Sleep enough
5. Stop smoking and alcohol consumption

All the Best..!!!
