are there any super nice people willing to help me put together a diet plan??

Hi, im 22, 6ft about 16st 5lbs, Ive bulked up alot recently and am just about to do a cutting cycle. I need a diet to help me cut, aswell as being quite muscular I am carrying about 1st 7lbs too much fat, id gues my body fat is around 18% (at a guess). Is anyone willing to tell me what sort of food to eat and the sort of times to eat. many, many thanks :)
 
Check out 3J's diet thread (the stickied) one. It has a sample bulking and cutting diet and some good reference in it. Whats your workout routine like? Any cardio?
 
For cutting I would recommend low impact empty stomach cardio in the morning for 20-30 minutes.

Put the treadmill on 8°-15° and do a brisk walk. Watch the pounds start to fall off. Eat clean and a few hundred calories below your required caloric intake.

If you post your BMR/TDEE im sure 3J would throw together a quick cutting diet for you. Are you weight training at all?
 
yeah, still lifting quite heavy though, I have a real problem because I always bulk up really nicely, but just never cut well (because I dont Have the knowledge). Im not even sure what BMR/TDEE is or how to calculate them also how to I get in contact with this 3J?

....sorry really new to this, but thanks for helping me welter
