Not unless a car runs over the injection spot

If you mean pigmentation, yes but generally it's prolonged use of the same spot. Likely develop scar tissue as well.

How long would it take for track marks to occur?

Years and years of using the exact same spot without rotating.

Iv track marks are usually noticeable because of collapsed veins ... IM injections are nothing to worry about plus most IM spots arent regularly visible

Track marks per say usually comes from people shooting into the veins, like heroin addicts, not IM...

No, IM even when done in the 'same spot' move around quite a bit. IV is literally the exact same spot often 6+ times a day...
Plus as pointed out above, the collapsed vein will make the scar more visible.
This is not something you need to worry about.
