Iv track marks are usually noticeable because of collapsed veins ... IM injections are nothing to worry about plus most IM spots arent regularly visible
No, IM even when done in the 'same spot' move around quite a bit. IV is literally the exact same spot often 6+ times a day...
Plus as pointed out above, the collapsed vein will make the scar more visible.
This is not something you need to worry about.
