arginine... when to take it

I read that you can not take arginine with protein because they bind and the arginine becomes useless. One site said take 10 grams of arginine before bed but that is the time you are suppose to take a slow digesting protein. what are you guys doing with this stuff....... i am not setting an alarm to take arginine in the middle of the night :hahano:

What are you looking to get out of arginine? No pumps, GH release?

If so, better things are out.

Agmatine for pumps

peptides for GH release.

EndoAMP max for cortisol and Gh release.

matt you are the "reply pimp"....and for that i thank you.
mostly i am looking for anything to help with recovery. i just started to work out with a partner who is stronger than me (especially on push movements). he is pushing me to the limit on every workout (which i love and would not change) but i want to get my recovery on point as to not waste any of the effort. arginine is suppose to be good for that.

The only thing I have ever used it for was pre workout for better pumps.
There r better things for recovery. Load up on the BCAA's and heavy dose of glutamine
 
Not saying I wouldn't take it tho, its still a good supplement..it has a lot of benifits to ur Health. It helps remove toxins from your body and is also good for ur heart. As for what time of day to.take it, I don't think it really.matters all that much.
