My source only can get 1mg capsules. I don’t want to take that much at once. Anything I can do to capsules? Can I just open them and weight into 1/4’s?

Yes but you would need a scale that can weigh x.xxx.
Otherwise you could just divide powder into 4 piles and take that but scale is much more preferably.

I was going to get a scale and make sure it was 4 equal amounts. Just wasn***8217;t sure if that was ok or a no no.

Works fine but bit more of a hassle. Try to open the capsule slowly(twisting it open) and empty it out over some regular "printer paper" that you've put on the scale beforehand and tare.
Now just dump out the amount you need and put the top back on capsule. Thats how I would do it

I just cut the capsule in half with scissors, dump out the powder, divide into four equal piles with a card or razor, and lick my finger to pick it up.

I doubt you'll be able to get a scale accurate enough, and it's not worth it. Close enough is good enough.

You are absolutely right. I was forgetting a zero in my conversion. 0.001g wont do much when he wants to divide 1mg lol.... You can find those scales but they are expensive as fk and they literally come with glass in closure to get accurate readings.
