arimidex is necessary in any cycle?

i have another forum from my country and this forum all of the ppl there and the admins say that u should never take arimidex during cycle only if u need it
if gyno symptoms are starting for example..
is that true? you shouldnt use any AI only if symptoms are coming?!..
they say that it ruin ur cycle and alot of the gains that u can make

that is not true.. you use an AI to AVOID gynoe and issues. even if you dont get gyno, having hish estrogen is no healthy and can cause other issues.. use an AI from start to end of cycle ( till PCT starts)
ruin gains? no man... maybe a few lbs of water... and even if it did.. Id rather avoid health issues IMO.

dex at 0.25mg eod should be good for most basic cycles.

what cycle do you plan to run? your stats?
