Does anyone use Arimidex as part of their Post Cycle Recovery Program? If so, is it REALLY beneficial?? Or not really??
iced said:both testerone and estrogen are very low post cycle, we use clomid to simulate an estrogen, therefore stimulating the hypothalamus to produce more testerone, therefore, i woudl think that arimidex would not be of any benefit, and possibly slow down recoevry. Not to mention, lower your igf-1 levels, and screw with your blood lipid profiles.

If test is low post cycle, which it is, then inhibiting the conversion of test to estrogen by aromatase is a moot point. Thus, Arimidex probably would have little effect one way or the other.
However, estrogen levels can be significantly higher relative to androgens in the post-cycle period. This is why estrogen ANTAGONISTS, such as tomoxifen can be of benefit during this period.
