arm problem

no matter what body part u do in the gym,make it a point that daily before leaving gym , just do 3 sets of dumb bell curls and triceps push downs ...heavy weights... u will be overtraining if u do this daily but just do that ... this stuff will shock your arms ..

it will fuck up your arms` muscle fibre and make it grow :)

trust me... my arms were 12 when i joined gym 5 yrs back and it wasnt growing at the start ....then i started touching my bi n tri daily be4 leaving gym ... now its touching 17 inches(when pumped n flexed )
 
rowing (pulling) will work your biceps.
pressing will thicken your arms through your triceps.
lets see how often you're working your biceps. if larger arms is your goal, work on your triceps.
 
exactly, tris are 2/3 upper arm...i started hitting tris really hard lately and they are deffinatly starting to respond to it. for bis i do heavy weight to shock with lower reps and i keep the set count down also (about 9)...and they still feel like i did 20+ sets of lighter weight
 
Start heavy end light.
Sets 1-4: Heavy weight low rep Barbell Curls/Tri pushdowns
Sets 5-8: Moderate weight moderate rep Reverse grip curls/Reverse Skull crush
Sets 9-12: Light weight high rep Spider curls/Tricep dips
*thats 4 sets each part for each individual exercise. Totaling 24sets
Superset bis and tris are IMO the best way to stimulate new tissue growth. The pumps are amazing.
 
No Bullshit Routine...and It's Only 4 Sets

just do this....it's so damn simple yet so easy.


tri: weighted bench dips 2@10-12
narrow presses 2@6-8

bi: incline dumbell curls 2@10-12
standing barbell curls 2@8-10

that's all you need to do and you will notice them grow in no time


pushdowns and skullcrushers will only put definition....something which you probably put low on the priority list.


MASS IS WHAT YOU NEED. GO FOR THE DEFINITION ONCE YOU'VE ACHEIVED THE MASS YOU WANT.
 
believe me..you'll notice the size and pump of your muscles when u do weighted bench dips first then narrow presses.


skull crushers won't do shit as far as putting mass. that's the low down.


weighted dips and narrow presses will add slabs of meat to your tris and make it feel and look thicker than ever.

dude, there is no such thing as "definition" exercises.

Definition comes from muscle bulk and/or low bodyfat
