Asian Powder ?'s for everyone

Its no big secret these guy are everywere. Here is my question to the masses. What percentage of quality does everyone think these guys powders are?

I have delt with several of them. None of them have really impressed me. I would rate them like 75% or 7 on 1-10 scale.

What would you guys say?
