Assistance with changing workout whilst on cycle

Hi guys, just wanted to run this by you. I am currently into week 4 of a Test Enanthate cycle 400mg PW and starting to get some good strength increases in my workouts.

I am thinking of changing my workout routine to working 1 bodypart each day rather than what i'm on now as i am getting tired by the end of my workouts and feel like i am cheating myself for the last sets.

CURRENT PROGRAM

M - Chest / Bic
T - Run
W - Sho / Tri
T - Run
F - Back
S - Legs
S - Rest

* Cardio after most weight workouts as well

PROPSED PROGRAM

M - Chest
T - Biceps
W - Shoulders
T - Triceps
F - Back
S - Legs
S - Cardio
S - Rest

* Cardio after each workout consisting of a combination or treadmill, bike, stepper and swimming as workouts will be shorter now.

I do 12-14 sets for major muscle groups and 8-9 sets for arms, all in the 12/10/8 rep range unless i go to failure.

I think this new program will let me use more energy on the individual muscle groups rather than trying to save some energy for the second muscle groups EG- Che / Bic

What does everyone think?

I'd train bi's and tri's on the same day personally. I also would allow 2 days between chest and shoulder workouts. Something like this maybe........

M - Chest
T - Back
W- Legs
T - Shoulders
F- Arms

or

M - Chest
T - Back
W- off
T - Shoulders
F - Arms
S- Legs

Just some suggestions based on how I personally recover, and allowing for proper rest. I.E. giving your bi's a rest after back, and shoulders and tri's a rest after chest. Just somethin to consider

mon-chest
tue-rest
wed-back/bi
thur-rest
fri-shoulders/tri
sat-legs
sun-rest
in march april i start bringin in the cardio..

I agree with both those. Id also split up cardio and training if you could do that? I know it takes a ton of time.

What i mean is say morning cardio..then train later that night

Thanks for the input guys, ill make some adjustments and put together a program based on the advice, and i wish i could break up the cardio and the weights but i'm a shiftworker so cant really do it, lol.

Thanks for your help guys
