There isn't a one size, fits all answer to this question. Some guys running 150 pw trt have prunes for nuts and others are fine @ 500pw. For most however, when natty test shuts down your nuts shrink.

I'm running Sustanon (sust) 500 I'm on week 7 and they are just now starting to shrink up.

First cycle of Sustanon (sust) 600 deca 500 they shrunk up at week 5ish

My personal experience, though its limited and only to TRT dosages:
After about 6 weeks on 120mg/wk they started shrinking. After about 2 more weeks wre like peas. At his point dr started Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at 250iu/wk for a 4 week period(mid june-mid july) then stopped the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) because thats what his manual advised. They slowly returned to almost normal. I have not been on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) since July and nuts are still mostly normal size, meaning they have not reshrunk. TRT continues.

Trt is really what brought on this question Been on 100 mg a week trt dose for over a year. But I've been blasting at 750 week for around 6-8 weeks. My natty production has been fucked up for a while. My test level was 68 ng when I started so do I have a need for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) ?

No one "needs" hCG per say. Really just depends on what you want to get out of it. Look into the benefits and make an informed decision.

one shot of 250 iu per week for 4 weeks of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) ?

I'm on my first cycle of test e, and just finished week 3.. And my boys have shrunk a bit, they are not peas but they are smaller and hanging real close to my body. Is it okay to start Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at this point,

yes.

Once your body hits shutdown.. so do the nuts... but to each is own.. my nuts are small somedays and big others.

If you were at a legitimate 68 when you started and it's an irreversible condition... then no... you do not have a reason to run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), except for vanity purposes.

I was under the impression that the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) also helped mimic your LH and FSH and helped you feel better.
