Good morning to all, glad to join this community.
I will be honest in my introduction.
I just turned 35, have been training since I was 20 but just to keep in shape, never had an interest in bodybuilding until last summer. The bug hit me & hit me hard.
I used to be ignorantly against steroids as I was naïve & believed what I read & saw in the news & factoid interviews. So dumb & so easy to accept what ever they feed us as truth.
I am by nature a competitive & love the pain & strain that my Mike O'Hern style of training gives me. Heavy weights (for a beginner) high reps & sets (generally to failure) I know that it is working for me because I have been training & eating the same way for the last year since I started Building. Starting weight 180.lbs now 1 year later 220.Lbs I am also about 6'2.

I am planning on giving myself another year of progressive training & start using perhaps Anavar as a starting point just to see what effects it has on my body & most importantly my mind. Yes it might sound rushed to some but I strongly want to start competing against the Bulls of Canada, I am Canadian BTW, ey.
I'll include my progress picture as an attachment, my avatar is from 2 weeks ago.
I look forward to meeting & chatting with you guys.

Welcome to 'ology!

I strongly suggest that you give http://www.steroidology.com/forum/a.../675497-ology-frequently-asked-questions.html a good, long read as it will give you the fundamental basics needed to succeed in this lifestyle. Starting off with anavar is a bad idea that many feel is a good introduction to AAS; the link above will not only explain why this common-thought idea is incorrect, but also give you the science behind it. It should also give you some great ideas that you may need clarification on, so don't be afraid to ask after you've read up and still aren't clear. ;)

My .02c :)
