Back off the heavy weight before you can't even fukin walk. Give it a few weeks then start back slow and easy. Stop with the partial reps and go to parallel. Thank me later k

I read 'very painful set' then I stopped reading. Squats should t be painfull.its not always about how much weight you're moving. StimulTe growth and keep progressing slowly.
