If u are bulking as u said u were all the time 49er, so u are eating above maintanence which in return u said u are gaining.muscle but in return gaining some fat too, where people do.make this mistake they constantly think u can bulk all year round just gaining muscle but if this was the fact everyone would be doing this theory
 
Bro, I have said this before I do the " traditional" bb approach to dieting, off season bulking in the fall/winter months, leaning out spring/fall months, it's a great way to grow, plus as I said I could care less putting on some excess bf during my bulking phase as it will happen when u bulk anyways, where alot of dudes make the mistake or are afraid to put on some size in return putting on abit of fat, fuck it, if u have the disipline to lean out why not put the size on during the cold.months while u aRe covered up by a sweatshirt anyways! How the big get bigger, and fuck bro, u will see my progress in a month or so shredded once again, week by week I am loosing roughly a 1 1/2 to 2 lbs loss, taking this cut slow and doing it proper, gonna be lean and mean once again :), I don't have to talk it I can prove it as well bro

Yeah bro it's called being lean as fuck like 7 percent bf or.lower, and got me to win some.psl gear and a place with 3j, I cut to long last year, but it was worth it as I placed 2nd in the contest

Omg expert i waited this long for one because i dont fucken compete guys that follow the tradition do it to go on stage or look good for summer. You cant tell me i didnt gain muscle my pics say otherwise, i waited until i had something worth cutting for. now i know being high bf isnt the right way but i really dont care im happy with my progress.

What the hell makes you better? That for ince in your life you cut and stayed that way for a few weeks? But i been looking better than you this whole time with meat on my bones. You got lean yes good for you i dont like the skeleton look but for sake of conversation youd win against me on a stage. Other than that lean pic you have you cant say you have looked better than me so what is all the fuss about? Your a trip i swear i dont even know why i keep arguing with you lol
 
My point being is if u lean out you'll look bigger, I am.getting alot of compliments right now as we speak, I am probs sitting around 224lbs at 12 percent bf maybe lower this week I dunno but starting to get really veiny in my shoulders, traps, forearms, ect ect, it's not.me that makes this up but it's all about illusion in this game as the leaner u get the bigger u appear

My weigh in is tomorrow with 3j so I will see where I stand tomorrow as we lowered the cals down this week from 3500 to 3000 and carb cycling as well
 
Why don't u give 3j a go bro? Myself personally I have seen way better results since being with him since last Aug, from my current bulk to now my cut, I am getting stoked for the results as like I said I never got so many comments thus this is just in the middle or 3/4 way in my cut
Trust me man he is well worth it bro, and I am not saying this to advertise him, I am saying this cause it took me a few years to realize my diet was off

I'd be interested to see your net gain Matt after your cut is complete.
I'd don't buy into the whole bulk/cut idea personally. I think it's better to stay around 10-12% bf year round(not that I'm even close) than yo-yo your weight 30 lbs from fat to cut. For one thing it's easier to see minute gains when leaner than opposed to muscle under a layer of fat.

But opinions are like assholes, we all have em and some stink
