I think Matt is looking pretty good these days. He has made a lot of progress and he says himself that he isn't done yet. I think we should applaud his progress and help him achieve his goals.

He doesnt look like the year old pic anymore. ... you know im only talking shit cuz he won't shut his pooper. He has the balls to call people out saying im fat and look like shit? Zoom in this pic of his he cropped his stomach out. He says i eat like shit wtf is his excuse? Bulking? You know this condition is not fucken healthy he doesnt know how to use hormones at all.
 
When hes bulked he just looks like a fat guy. I thought i was the only one that saw that. Ive been keepijg my mouth shut. And when hes cut he looks like he went on vaca to ethiopia for 6 months. CMON MAN.
 
While I don't always agree with some folks, I always have nothing but respect for ANYONE that makes changing their body into something better by stepping into the gym. Be it Matt, 49ER, or the recently departed bustinass.

God damn shoulder day mellows me the fuck out haha. :wiggle:

Bro, I have said this before I do the " traditional" bb approach to dieting, off season bulking in the fall/winter months, leaning out spring/fall months, it's a great way to grow, plus as I said I could care less putting on some excess bf during my bulking phase as it will happen when u bulk anyways, where alot of dudes make the mistake or are afraid to put on some size in return putting on abit of fat, fuck it, if u have the disipline to lean out why not put the size on during the cold.months while u aRe covered up by a sweatshirt anyways! How the big get bigger, and fuck bro, u will see my progress in a month or so shredded once again, week by week I am loosing roughly a 1 1/2 to 2 lbs loss, taking this cut slow and doing it proper, gonna be lean and mean once again :), I don't have to talk it I can prove it as well bro

But everytime you cut you end up looking the same. You ARENT ACTUALLY ADDING ANY MUSCLE from your bulk
