Oh god, this so much.
Again, exactly like in that comic - one of my friends at uni is a DJ and he's always asking me to go to parties him and his friends have had a hand in organizing. He does always say things like 'shit man everyone wants you to come man shit man come on man', then I arrive at the party and he is literally the only person I know in the entire building, he's playing dubstep or something else that I equally hate for the evening and I'm left wondering if all these people who supposedly wanted me to come did so just to laugh at me standing in the corner looking fed up...
I'll take a jazz bar or somewhere laid back over some sweatbox of a party where everyone's smoking weed or doing lines of ketamine off their housekeys, thanks.

Drias is a great after hrs spot, i think rehab is overrated im more of a fan of Tao Beach and Wet Republic for sundays....id love to move out there for a couple of years...youre an LA girl though, you guys have some nice spots yourself!!! and your right next to vegas lucky fck
