Hello,

This is my first post and I'm looking for some advice on the cycle I am about to start. First off my stats.
24 Years old, 6'1", 215 pounds, 17% BF, 3rd cycle.

Cycle

Week 1: 50mg/day Win 500mg/week test
Week 2: 100mg/day Win 500mg/week test
Week 3: 150mg/day Win 500mg/week test
Week 4: 150mg/day Win 500mg/week test
Week 5: 100mg/day Win 500mg/week test
Week 6: 50mg/day Win 500mg/week test

Continuing 500mg/week of test for 4 more weeks after and PCT with Clomid

Just wanna know if that amount of Win would be too much on weeks 3 and 4 or any other suggestions on what I should add.

If this looks good I'll be posting updates about every two weeks

Looks like your using Winstrol for a kicker. I don't see any reason to use the pyramid style. I would start at 50 like your are and max at at 150 and keep it there. The pyramid style is old school way and the reason for using an oral like that was to slowly come off it and it would be not such a shock to your system coming off. But since you'll still be on test I see no reason to pyramid your kicker.

Agreed, you aren't going to dry out and harden up at that bf mate. Tbol is more what you should be after
 
As stated above screw the taper.
What ai and how much you running?
You fat. What's your diet look like?
What are your goals?

Winny has its place in cycles but not In yours.
Throw in some proviron with that test and learn how to diet.

I was thinking Test E but open to suggestions and my diet is pretty strict I dont really know my BF% I just entered my height, neck, waist, and hip and it said 16.5%

I am looking into Tbol now. Love the tips guys.

Sorry, but if you're over 10% bf you really aren't that strict or you just eat the wrong things
