What "AI" should I take and when to take it and how much? doesn't novaldex usually prevent gyno?

like thrashin said NOLVA is a poor choice for estrogen control whil on cycle-unless it is all you had

AI is aromasin, adex, and letro

aromasin is best-you can get this from RUI at the top of the page

Just noticed that you mentioned Toremifene CItrate not Tamoxifen CItrate...

Toremifene isnt mentioned to often and not to many have actually tried it...

I would assume that it wouldnt be as effective as Letro since its just a SERM but would probably be more effective then Nolva/Tomoxifen.

IMO-It would be worth a try to stack Toremifene and Letro for gyno reversal. If you can find the Toremifene.....

TC, in my opinion is badass. I would never take Letro as it is just too strong and not enough conclusive evidence to support getting rid of 'true' gyno. Plus it makes ur pee pee play tricks on ya. I would choose Aromasin anyday over Letro, even Adex before Letro. Another reason being Aromasin doesn't fuck with your lipid profile either.

I wanna speak on the Nolva thing though. Yes, through research chemical sites you should be able to find anything, but lets not be so hasty to dismiss Nolva anymore. Its been used for a long time, and is effective as an anti-E. People forget that Anti-Es and AIs work differently.

AIs actually eliminate the conversion of estrogen by a certain percentage. Anti-Es like Nolva just block the estrogen from attaching to the receptor. This is in very ley terms, im no scientist and I don't copy and paste. lol

Now, are there better things? Yes. But just because studies have shown that Nolva lowers IGF-1 (by very little mind you), some people have only Nolva to choose from. And if they have already bought it, and are on a shoe-string budget, lets not tell them not to use it cause it sucks and you like something better. SUGGESTIONS are key on these boards. Everyone likes something different.

I personally have used Nolva several times for gyno control and PCT, and they worked fine everytime. And anyone who knows me can tell you that Ive never been shunned in my BBing career by a decrease in IGF-1 due to Nolva usage.

Sorry for the rant, and I've said it before, but this is the main thing wrong with these boards. Everyone becomes an armchair expert becuase of what they read from someone else, or another board, and 9 times out of 10, they have no personal experience with it.

1-4 Dianabol LA (Dbol): 35mg/day

PCT:
Clomid: 100/50/50/50

Bought Novaldex just in case

Don't worry for my diet, I have 20kg of Whey proteins and bcaa and will eat 6 times a day...

that cycle is just fine. If you start to feel a lil puffy in the nipples, take the Nolva @ 20mg/d until the cycle ends. Like I said below, you can get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), but you may not need it. And for me, I like a lil estro during cycles as it has positive benefits in minimal amounts.

As for the diet thing, i could care less, but it takes a whole lot more than 20kg of Whey proteins and BCAAs and eating 6 times a day to gain quality LBM.

2. Proviron and Nolva both have anti-e properties, but they aren't the same thing. Provirons biggest difference is that it lowers SHBG, which in turn frees up more test in your system.

Listen, you have the Nolvadex. Take it if you get gyno symptoms. If youy wanna get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like Aromasin, thats fine too. And then use the Clomid for PCT. You are overthinking this like most people do. Keep it simple and you'll be fine.

Alot of good posts here.... not sure how bad anyone's "gyno" gets or is but....letro...works wonders in SMALL amounts..& fast too... atleast it did for me on a puffy issue I had from the gross amount of d-bol I was taking.. I guess I am just one of those guys that eats them like skittles.... It was under control in a flash with no limpy side affects..,
