Standing 5'9" weighing in at 120lb you could say I'm very much under weight. Even though I eat well I can never seem to put on the pounds, but after reading a good portion of the articles on this forum I understand why this is. However, there is so much the human body can handle, in terms of weight gain. That being said, on average, how much weight gain is considered healthy in a week?
On a side note: I drink 3 protein shakes a day and working out regularly. The weight I can lift is rather embarassing, but how much is too much?
