How long before you should start to feel the effects of injectable B-12 ?
I took 3 shots over the last week, 1000 mcg each and nothing, no increased appetite and nothing as far as increased feeling of well being.

I took it for a month and never felt any different. I hear you have to be B-12 deficient in the first place to notice but I'm not sure how accurate that is.

SC i too started taking it a week ago at 3 mls a week. 1000 mcg each ml. i havent noticed anything either. mine is human grade also.

fuzzy......how much are you going to continue with ? I was told to do 1000 mcg EOD for the first week, to saturate your body and then 1000 mcg every other week or every week.

Human grade here too....another benifit of being in Canada, LOL !

i was going to do 3000mcgs for first week then after that 2000 for following. im not sure anymore seeing as how i dont notice a thing. at least it was cheap, $5.35 for 10 mls:)

i dont think the effects are really noticable myself......after all it is just a vitamin, bvut ive been told its good for you so i continue to shoot the shit, it cant hurt

personally, i DO notice an increase in appetite when taking b12, so i always use when bulking, within 2 or 3 days you should notice... seems to be hit and miss as many peeps say they dont see any effects, and others say they do... i only use for appetite increase so if thats why you are taking it, and its not working, i would discontinue, although, if you wish to keep taking, it is one of the water soluble vits, so wont hurt to continue

b12

for those of you who just cant stand 1 more needle lol , if your going to try b12 oral buy the sublingul version , you lose a lot of b12 in the stomach by using sublingul you send it to the blood stream instead of the toilet , no this is not as effective as inj, but better than standard oral or nothing

Oral B12 does not reach the system very well, that is why injections are preffered. It can take over a month for the effects to be felt. You might not notice the effects till you go off.

ok i am probably close to an expert on B-12 because I have been taking it since I was 11 years old. I've tried many many different types ..the best was the injectible B-12 and the second best which comes very close to it is a timed-released B-12 1000mg. I've had the oppurtunity to try almost every top name B-12 that there is and none of them do anything except give me headaches. I don't know if I should tell you guys the name of it because it might all of a sudden rise in price but for those of you who really want to try it out I'll tell you that you can find it in one of those big pharmacy chains and it has a yellow label.
