<b>Deca Face Bloat Not Going Away! Help!!!</b>

I've taken Sustanon (sust) 250 and Deca for a month.

From April 17th to May 17th

Stopped mid-cycle because of the ridiculous bloat.

I took Nolvadex only for post cycle therapy (pct) from June 10th to July 15th.

Now, 2 months post-cycle, I still have face bloat which fluctuates a lot through out the day.

I feel really depressed and worried that it may never go away! Can anyone give me any advice? Thanks

No i didn't. Can i start taking anything now? My face doesn't look the same anymore because of this ridiculous bloat! Depression is leading to suicidal thoughts. I really need to take care of this problem...If anyone can help me out there. Please!!!!

Gear may not be a good idea for you as the hormonal fluctuation s obviously may be more than you deal with..
Get some prami or caber, drink the shit out of water and cut your salt...and don t talk like that or go see someone if you really feel that way.

But does prima or caber solve this problem without having to cut down on salt?

Dude cutting the salt intake will help with bloat. An Aromatase inhibitor (AI) should reduce it significantly.

Prami or caber will not do shit to reduce bloat. Come on people...
Prami reduces prolactin. Prolactin does not cause bloat. Prolactin is a result from elevated progestin and/or estrogen. Deca is/was the progestin/19-nor.... How the hell you going to reduce it while injecting it every week?

Prolactin causes puffy/leaky nips, ED, night sweats, problems sleeping....Not bloat

Take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and reduce salt intake and you should be happy again.

I heard that AI's are only good to use during the cycle. So it's completely fine for me to use it a little over 2 months post-cycle?

Yes it is fine... just dont use to much or use a strong Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like like Letro.

And is there a chance that i might get an estrogen-rebound effect which will make my estrogen levels go even higher. This will make me bloat even more. I'm starting to lose hope... Anyone have any answers out there? Please! i need all the advice i can get!

Just taper off the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and you'll be fine.

But my face bloat fluctuates. At times, it's huge, and at times it settles down a little bit. While and only WHILE i am at the gym,When i lift weights and run, my face looks normal. but then goes right back to being huge.

If i use the sauna, It will still be fluctuating, right?

I think that you are way to worried about the bloat bro. All I can say is dont ever have a problem with ED if you are that depressed over some bloat. And steroids for you are definately not a good thing in my opinion.. good luck with everything..

Caber or prami will not do shit to reduce bloat! Thought I already posted that....

Just get the aromasin and take a low dose...

I like to dose my aromasin ed.... I suggest starting at 6.25mg ed up it to 12.5mg if you see no change after a week..
