your wheels were lacking in the comp pic--did you bring them up while bulking--

need to put a bit more size on the arms aswell--

nothing wrong with going from what you looked like in the comp pic to the fat fuck you are now lol--you need to put it on in order to take it off--

Actually, quite a difference in the wheels...they were by far my weakest point for the show so I really concentrated on them, and as you can see they grew quite a bit (halloween pics)...(not saying they're big cause they're not, but at least a little bit bigger)

Thanks--I know I've got a lot of work to do, but it'll be a fun journey.

My leg routing consists of:

Heavy squats (well, heavy for me) 15,12,8,6 reps
Leg Presses (If I have the energy after squats)
Extensions 3x12
Lying Hammy xtnsns 3x12

Nelson's Calf Routing...two thumbs way up for that

bro --try doing your hamstrings on a seperate day-- you need to do more for them aswell--should add in sldl

also switch your routine up a bit --reverse your order--extensions-leg press than squats--

do some hi rep days lower weight--

i like throwing in squats then jumping right into leg press or hacks no rest between sets-- do a set of squats then jump right into leg press--do that 3 times

or when your leg routine is all done--go back to squats for one last set to complete failure--slow them way down--ass to the floor squats-- 5 seconds to drop 10 seconds to stand up[ meaning going down to the floor real slow taking at least 5 seconds to get there then coming off the floor extremely slow should be at a count of 10 when your fully standing]-- do this till you no longer can stand up--have someone there to pull the bar off you--awesome stuff bro

I think thats Spectro Enanthate, or possibly QV boldenon, or QV enanthate.

He walked around the halloween party with a bunch of empty bottles of test and syringes and started writing prescriptions to really skinny guys with their sleeves rolled up. You should have seen the looks on their faces when he came up to them saying, "looks like you have a bad case of ILS (imagionary lat syndrome)...take some of this and this and call me in a few weeks."
