hey whats up my dudes just got b12 shots in 3ml amps just wondering how to take it and how much,each cc has 30mg
any help guys thanks and one more can i take it with my test e in the same syringe ??

but yes you can take it with test , draw b12 1st then test

30mg per cc?!? I have some 30ml vials of b12 here with 1000MCG/ml (MCG not MG) 1000mcg = 1mg, and I inject 1 ml once a week before my leg workout, 1000mcg injected once a week is pretty much the max you gotta inject because if you inject more it can block your pores (or something similar) and you'll get acne. You can also inject it with test E in the same syringe.

I've used B12 and never noticed any difference. IMO if you have a deficiency in B12 shoots are great, otherwise I don't find the need when you can take a nice B-Complex and get other B's and extra Biotin.

Costco has a nice B-Complex.
