Sorry if I missed it, how much do u weigh now? Your left arm looks tiny compared to your right, probably just the posing. Anyway, looks like your achieving your goals. Good work[
14th week, started last week on my recomp (maintanence cals), and still loosing bf lol, roughly lost around 30lbs or so in 14 weeks on this cut
 
Well here ya go, week 12 progress pics of my current cut
Pic on left(now), pic on right ( 4 monhs ago)
Started out with 39 1/2" waist line, down to 33"
4 weeks lefton this cut, then doing a recomp

Wow I just tuned in. You did work hard and it shows. Keep it up and now you'll put an some good LMM. Such a leaner and harder look. It was worth the work wasn't it. :wavey:
 
Yes ( no cardio) in the gym, just hit the weights, cardio comes from 30 min to walk to the gym from work if that counts lol
 
Thoughts now, with added tren now and where I stand now
Been eating at maintence cals for 2 weeks now and still loosing
Now need some options of should I increase my cals now 1 to 200 over maintanence now since I added in the tren a few weeks ago, wanted to put some lbm on while on this blast of tren, thanks

I wouldnt stop cutting right now Matt - wait until you have better striations in the pecs & delts then clean bulk . You've came this far dont blow it now , get fully ripped ! ~Bo
 
Even your facial features are looking more defined Matt; looking much better.

Just a quick correction though: you are NOT eating @ maintenance cals if you are losing weight; that means your TDEE has changed or was calculated incorrectly.
 
Snowpatrol, I have calculated my tdee, its 2700 kcals a day with my current weight
Only way I coukd figure this is I am burning more then what I am takig in, due to my job always on the move running carts out back and forth, plus now the added tren kickin my metabolism one step further, weighed myself last sunday, and droped rougly 1 1/2 pound, 1/4" off waist line, waist is now sitting at 32 3/4, started out on my cut with a 39 inch waist lol

You've done good bro, I think you'd respond well to a nice bulk, Test+Deca with a little Tren would be awesome (like 100-200mg MAX) (anyone who says "Ooh 2x 19-nors = prolactin galore!" is an idiot and I have been doing it myself, prami is all you need if it ever is neeed).

Looking forward to seeing the results, keep it up brother :beertoast:

Might even consider cyclig my carbs, got my plan figured out ( carb cycle), tried it for a week, but might go that route after this weeks measurements
All in all I am staying humble in my progress, myself its like a car u just are never happy nomatter how many upgrades u do to it, all mind stuff ya know, staying humble is key to success, changed my thoughts and aditude towards bb, there is always someone bigger or leaner then yourself, just take it as is and learn from them
