Well here ya go, week 12 progress pics of my current cut
Pic on left(now), pic on right ( 4 monhs ago)
Started out with 39 1/2" waist line, down to 33"
4 weeks lefton this cut, then doing a recomp

Special thanks to a guy here on this forum, dont know if he is still on here or not, but helped me out nutrition wise, what to eat, how to eat, setting up macro's, carb timing, ect ect
Didnt have a clue how to carb cycle before ect, now I incorporaite that as well, does wonders

If people are curious on what I used during my cut, nothing but my cruise dose at 200mg/week test e
Been cruising for 3 months or so, will be adding in some tren at 150mg eod on my recomp in 4 weeks to maybe further my cut and hopefully pack on some lbm
Wanna stay lean now lol, nomore, up and down yo yo shit

Kept pro at 275g throughout the course
Only cycledd my carbs for about a couple weeks tho to try it out, majority of the time for he last month or so my diet looks like this, carbs were set for pre/post wo, 50g per pre and post w/o
Sundays were my refeed days after measurements :)

I bet if you bump up the fat you could get everything leaner while you put on more muscle. Sounds crazy but it works
 
What do u think my current bf is at now, I use calipers and the tape measure theory but need your guys eyes on where my bf stands rigt now, thanks, much appreciated

Thanks bro :), havent been on here for along time lol, on another forum, thought I would drop in for abit, glad your still on here rip, another 4 weeks to go then recomp on maintancecals with adding in tren in the mix of thigs, hopefully still loose bf while putting on some lean mass

Nice work Matt, huge improvement in definition! I'd put you around 12%ish for sure. Just out of curiosity when was your avatar pic taken?

Maybe try a different pose too? I think one needs bigger arm and lats to pull that pose off. I know I can't.
