back and current cut pics

I suppose shredder lol, thanks ben,last week was hprrible dieting wise lol, i guess everyone goes through these times
I would get my meals in but I would wake up in the middle of the night and crave more food lo and eat away, probs 3 days out of last week I did that eating a wack of shit in the middle of the night, time to get some veggies again a lot of greens so when I get those cravings at night I can have some greens instead of junk
 
But its also great I kept a log book on my diet week by week, cals, pro, carb, fat intake
So I can just trace back and use the same diet approach when wanted
Nice to keep logs
Also measurements and weight week by week
