Bit of advice Needed.

My Current Work out is

Monday ChesT/Shoulders

Flat Bench 5x5
Pec Dec 3 sets of 6,4,4
Decline Bench Press 3 sets of 6,4,4

Miliraty Press 3 sets of 5
Shrugs 2 sets 10,8
Lat Raises 2sets 10,8


Wed

Back/Biceps

Wide Grip Pull Down 5x5
Pull Ups 3 sets of 5


Preacher Curl 5x5
Incline Curl 10,8
Dumbell Curl 6,6,4

Thursday

Legs

Squat 5x5
Leg Press 5x5
Curl 5x5
Calf Raises 5x15

Friday

Trcieps

Close Grip 5x5
Tri Pusdowns 4 sets 6,6,4,4
Dips 10, 8, 6

And thats it, d u feel this is a good or bad routine for me 2 gain mass, any help much appreciated, thanks inadvance
