30 yrs old, 5'7, 185lbs and been lifting for a while now

This is my 1st cycle

At this point last year I was benching 315lbs and weighed 200lbs supplementing nothing but creatine and whey protein. I managed to get bursitis in both my left elbow and shoulder around May. After many anti-inflammatories and cortisone shots I started hitting the weights hard again a month ago with no pain.

Before considering any cycle I wanted to get my diet back in order. I begin and end every day with a protein shake. I eat 3-4 meals a day. The base of my protein intake is ground chicken and turkey and boneless chicken breasts. The other sources are eggs, milk and peanut butter. No beef or pork and I hate fish

Then i have 3 other protein shakes in the day. Always one before and after my workout

Working 9-10 hours a day I do my best to spread out my protein intake as evenly as possible

I take in 10G's of L-Glutamine, 5G's of BCAA's and a multi-vit every day

Three weeks ago I loaded creatine to give myself a jump start. I now take in 5G's a day. After week 5 of my cycle I will end the creatine until the last week where I will load again and then maintain 10G's a day during PCT

My cycle consists of:

Wks 1-11 600mg's Test 400
Wks 1-10 300mg's Deca
Wks 13-15 clomid

I started the cycle on March 28 and am injecting twice a week and also have nolva on hand but will not take it unless any signs rear their ugly heads

I'd actually have liked to run my cycle a couple more weeks but w/a trip to Vegas in july i wanna make sure i have ample time for PCT before leaving

My bad for the novel but figured you may want as much info as possible before all the criticism began pouring in
