Alright, boys, it’s been a long five years since I last touched any gear, but the time has come. Life, injuries, and priorities kept me off the sauce, but I’m ready to jump back in, this time smarter and more patient.
Backstory: I ran a few cycles back in my mid-20s, mostly test-based with some orals here and there. Kept my gains solid for a while, but life got in the way, and I’ve been completely natural for the past five years. Now, at 33, I’m feeling like it’s time to put the pedal down again.
Stats:
33 years old
205 lbs @ ~14% BF
5’11”
Training consistently, strength still solid, but I know I can push past this plateau.
After a long break, I want to keep it simple and effective:

Cycle Plan
After a long break, I want to keep it simple and effective:
- Test Cypionate – 400mg/week (12-14 weeks)
- Dbol (optional) – 20-30mg/day (First 4-6 weeks, might add depending on how I feel)
- Aromasin – 12.5mg EOD (adjust as needed)
- HCG – 500 IU/week (to keep the boys in the game)
PCT
- Clomid – 50/50/25/25
- Nolva – 40/40/20/20
Goals & Mindset
- Regain lost size and strength, but stay lean – no dirty bulking
- Train smarter, recover better – no more reckless ego lifting
- Keep an eye on health markers – I’m not 25 anymore
Concerns & Questions for the Vets
- Estrogen Management: Since I’ve been off for so long, should I start AI from week 1 or wait to see how I respond?
- Dbol Yes or No? Since I haven’t touched orals in years, is it worth it to kickstart this cycle or just let test do its thing?
- Cardio & Heart Health: I’ve stayed active, but should I be more aggressive with keeping BP and lipids in check?
