I've recently started a test prop cycl after losing 23 lbs naturally over a 16 week period. I've had a about 6 weeks off so jumping on cycle to shred down that extra body fat. I'm currently only running 50mg EOD just to start then I will increase. I've only been running it for one week and have somehow managed to put on 7lbs?
Current macro split is
220 protein / 120 carb / 50 fat
I am 6 feet tall and weigh 200 lbs before i started the cycle. I'm doing cardio everyday so there is no way I can be putting that much weight as i am in a significant calorie deficit for someone of my height and weight. I look awful after a week, it seems I have severe stomach bloating and I just look soft and fluffy with no definition at all I can understand it
Also with the pumps I play a lot of football. Since I started I get severe lower back pumps and it also gets my calves, had to stop playing the other night due to this. Is this normal and if not how do stop them?
