Back Surgery

I had back surgery about 2 weeks ago ... How long should I wait till I go back on a cycle?????????? Any help.
I posted this same question before and was never posted dont know why?

What kind of back sugery bro? I ruptured a disc between L4 and L5. They went in and lanced off the excess. I started walking alot to loosen it up prob the next after sugery. They want u to walk around it actually helps u out. After my first doc post op apt. I prob started a week or so after that. But nothing serious. I did light arm work to start and listened to my body. Slowly made it into chest but had to bench with feet up on bench behind my ass. Don't rush back work or legs. As far as a cycle goes I personoly wouldn't do a cycle until u were smashing weights like u didn't have back sugery. For instance if u can squat and deadlifts like nuthing happened then ur prob ready to cycle. Just my opinion. See what some of the vets have to say about cycling. But that's my thought on working out after sugery I've been there

Great news/ info from everyone .........will take it slow . I also show dogs so have to easy into that also.
