Honestly bro if you got on a good 3 or 4 day split and lifted 6 days a week for the next two years with a high calorie intake (so long as your not eating fast food all day every day) you will get amazing results... especially if your just starting out.. beginner gains dude.
Just remember, baby steps... First step, make the gym your home and get in a comfortable routine. Second step, become aware of how YOUR body responds to dieting/calorie intake. This should keep you busy for the next year or two easy. Your gonna get great results no matter what if your in there busting your ass every day since your new. I seen people out of shape even get yolked out with questionable dieting practices just cuz they were young enough and had beginner gains. Calorie is a calorie bottom line.. problem is if you eat unhealthy shit all the time it will cause health problems long term. Moderation is key! These are lifelong lifestyle changes so don't overwhelm yourself by trying to do everything at once unless you want to burn out a few months down the road. Friendly advice =)
