OKs so i started dead lfits which gives more thickness to ur back...i need sum back width on my lats abit i know lat pulls downs yeah...but what other exerices to do? i usally stack the weight as heavy as i can go on the last 2 sets and only go bout 3 reps out of it .... do u do more reps for mass cause i hear 2 diffrent things. i hear go heavy to put on size, then i hear do 8 - 10 reps to pump the muscle with blood to put on size...sooo which 1 is it for back? ..... and wrtie some exercise names down for me plz ..thank you ppl

Like luquillo said, pullups. Make sure you get a belt or something so you can add weight. Pullovers are a decent lat exercise too, though chins/pullups are still the king for lats.

rack chins are also good, especially if your terrible at pullups like I am. Not sure how much better pullups are compared to them though.

bent rows

In my experience, bentover rows are mainly for back thickness, rather than width. You should still be doing them, but don't rely on them for your total back development, especially lat development. Rows aren't that great for the lats.

besides deadlifting, pull-ups, chin-ups and all of those variations are great for back width.

how many sets n reps do u think? .... i usally do 4 sets and increase weight on each set , on my last set l'll only be able to do bout 4 reps and l'll also do a drop set on my last set

and wen it comes to pull ups and chin ups should i do them first or last...well i do dead lifts first then after that l'll do lat pull down sooo should i put the pull ups after the dead lifts instead?

bent rows

I agree. I definitely think they are responsible for a lot of my lat development. It's all about how you perform the movement and where you focus it.

Rows of various kinds are the core of my back routine, bent over rows the mainstay hence my personal domain name.

Another vote for pullups and chin ups bro. If you are developed enough try for a dip belt for added resistance.

Since i started doing wide grip chins, my back exploded. Now i include them in every back workout, 50 reps, however many sets it takes to perform them. (usually 10 per set).
