Bactrim Dosage??

Can somebody who used bactrim give me the proper dosage?

I have access to 400mg Sulfamethoxazole(SMZ) and 80mg Trimethoprim (TM) which is an adult tab , and a forte tab which is twice the strength as the adult tab.

How long can I run this?

Should I start taking this together with my cycle (if I know that I'm acne prone), or should i only take this once i have the breakouts.

you take it one tab twice a day. I would not start it until you break out, even then I would consider trying something besides bactrim though
